6-Day Immersive Breathwork Retreat

Oct 2, 2026 – Oct 7, 2026Bali

Come Home to Yourself

Healing doesn't always begin with finding answers.

Sometimes, it begins by slowing down.

By creating enough space to feel what has been waiting to be felt.
To listen to the body.
To reconnect with the emotions beneath the surface.
To remember the parts of ourselves that have been forgotten, protected, or quietly asking for care.

This retreat offers a safe and supportive space for deep healing, self-exploration, and renewal.

Guided by breathwork, supported by somatic practices, conscious connection, nature immersion, sound healing, and ritual, we gently move beyond the stories of the mind and into the wisdom of the body.

There is nothing to become, nothing to fix—only an invitation to return to yourself, one breath at a time.

The Healing Journey

Healing is not a single moment. It unfolds layer by layer. Each day of the retreat has been intentionally designed to support the next, creating a natural rhythm of exploration, release, connection, integration, and rebirth. Rather than seeking transformation through a single powerful experience, we allow healing to emerge gradually—supported by the breath, the body, nature, and the people who walk beside us.

    01

    Explore & Release

Day 1–2 · Turning inward to discover what is ready to be released

The journey begins with breath. Through conscious breathing and expanded states of awareness, we gently explore the deeper layers of the body and psyche, allowing emotions, memories, and old patterns to surface with compassion. Rather than forcing change, we trust the innate wisdom of the body to guide the healing process.

    Practice

Opening Ceremony | Rebirthing & Holotropic Breathwork | Sound & Energy Healing | Yoga & Meditation | Mandala, Journaling & Sharing Circle

    02

    Connect

Day 3 · Healing deepens through authentic connection

As we reconnect with ourselves, we naturally become more available to connect with others. Through mindful movement, breath, and conscious presence, we cultivate authenticity, vulnerability, trust, and the experience of truly seeing—and being seen. Connection becomes a powerful space where healing continues to unfold.

    Practice

Tree Qigong | Mirror Breathwork | Partner Breathwork / Contact Dance | Sharing Circle

    03

    Ground & Integrate

Day 4 · Allowing healing to settle through movement, nature, and stillness

After several days of profound inner work, we begin by gently releasing any residual tension through Osho Kundalini Meditation, creating space for the body to soften and settle. From there, we step into the healing presence of nature, where silence, spaciousness, and ritual invite the nervous system to regulate and restore. Here, we slow down and allow healing to settle naturally.

    Practice

Osho Kundalini Meditation | Nature Journey | Water Purification Ritual

    04

    Rebirth & Celebrate

Day 5 · Returning to yourself with greater trust, freedom, and aliveness

The journey culminates in Warm Water Breathwork—a deeply nurturing rebirthing experience held within the safety and support of warm water. In this womb-like environment, participants are invited into profound surrender, where early emotional imprints may gently unfold and healing can deepen. We close the day in celebration, honoring not only what has been released, but also the joy, connection, and wholeness that have been rediscovered.

    Practice

Yin Yoga | Warm Water Breathwork | Mandala, Journaling & Sharing Circle | Bonfire, Cacao Ceremony & Kirtan

    05

    Close & Return Home

Day 6 · Carrying the journey into everyday life

Every retreat comes to an end, but healing continues to unfold long after we leave. Through meditation, reflection, and our closing circle, we gather the insights of the past six days with gratitude and intention, returning home with greater presence, trust, and connection to ourselves.

    Practice

Meditation | Closing & Blessing Ceremony

Moments of the Journey

A glimpse into the practices, connections, and moments that make this journey so meaningful.

Holding This Journey

Healing unfolds most naturally when we feel deeply seen, supported, and safe. Holding a healing journey is less about leading, and more about meeting each person with presence, compassion, and respect—creating the conditions where healing can unfold in its own way.

Weiwei

Weiwei

Lead Facilitator

Weiwei believes healing is not about becoming someone new, but remembering the wholeness that has always been within us. When we are met with safety, presence, and compassion, the body naturally begins to release, integrate, and heal. With a background in psychology, years of personal healing, and extensive experience facilitating breathwork, somatic healing, meditation, and energy work, she holds space with a deeply trauma-informed and intuitive approach. Rather than leading the journey, she gently supports each person's own unfolding.

Monika

Monika

Kirtan · Cacao Ceremony · Sound Healing

For Monika, healing lives in joy, connection, and celebration. Through devotional music, sound healing, and ceremony, she invites people to open their hearts and reconnect with the beauty of being fully alive. Rooted in ceremonial and shamanic traditions, she brings warmth, authenticity, and a deep sense of shared healing.
